A Legacy of Service and Commitment Jeff’s path in public service began in 1997 when he first took office as a Trustee, a role he held for 20 years. Today, as Mayor, Jeff leans on his years of experience to lead Morton through growth and expansion while preserving the town’s small-town charm and values. “Democracy succeeds when we all try to do what is right for the Village,” he says.
